In 2011, Communication Automation, LLC, moved to a new 36,000 square foot facility located in a small corporate park in scenic West Chester, Pennsylvania. This single location is the home to nearly all of our design and production activities. Our building employs the latest technology in geothermal heating and cooling, providing both comfort and energy efficiency. We also do our part to protect the environment, actively recycling everything from paper products to metal panels.

Communication Automation, LLC, warrants all of its products for three years from the original date of invoice (parts and labor). Communication Automation, LLC, may perform incoming inspection on systems returned for repair. If significant user damage is identified, Communication Automation, LLC, may decline to repair or replace the damaged components under warranty. In this case, our findings will be documented and the customer will be notified of the estimated replacement cost of the damaged components. The customer will be given the option to pay for the cost of these parts, or to have the unit returned without such repair. In any event, Communication Automation, LLC, will make every reasonable effort to repair under warranty any problems found with the unit.
Any product purchased from Communication Automation, LLC, may be returned within 30 days of original invoice if you are not satisfied. Any product returned to Communication Automation, LLC, must be in the original shipping container with original packaging, unless other arrangements are made with Communication Automation, LLC, in advance.
